Cognitive Job Demands, Presenteeism and Procrastination: The Moderating Role of Psychological Capital

Using the job-demands resource theory, basic purpose of this article was to study relationship between cognitive job demands, stress-related presenteeism, and procrastination. Stress-related Presenteeism is a kind psychological state in which individuals are present at work but due stress not able expend their full energies remain distracted. We also tested for combined effect capital demands on presenteeism. Data were collected from 192 full-time working professionals analyzed using step-wise regression bootstrapping. Results revealed that with strenuous facing presenteeism involved Findings supported moderating role as an effective personal reducing In end implications practice have been discussed.
